Do you have a shop? No we don’t have a store, only our website
Do you stock items in any other shops? No we sell our items exclusively through our website
Can I collect an item in person? Yes. Please contact us via Instagram to arrange collection
Can I pay via bank transfer? No. All orders must be made through our website
What payment method can I use? You can pay with Debit Card, Paypal & Clearpay
Can you hold an item for me? No sorry, we work on a 1st come 1st serve basis
Can I come and try an item on for size? No. Please check the size guide on the product
Can I split the payments over a period of time? Yes. Please select Clearpay at checkout. Your payment will be split into 4 payments, payable every 2 weeks at no extra cost
What item’s do you have in stock? Everything we have in stock is listed on our website. Please select the item then select the size, it will tell you if it’s available or not
How do your t-shirts fit? All of our t-shirts are a slim fit. So for example, Large fits like M/L, XL fits like L/XL, and so on. If you are in between sizes please choose the size up
Do you have a size guide? Yes. There is a simple size guide for all of our products. Please select the product and you will see it
Do you offer refunds? Yes. You can return your item for a refund within 28 days of original order date. Please read our Returns Policy for full details
Can I exchange an item? No. We refund all returns. If you require a different size or style please place a new order and return you original order for a refund
Can I exchange an item for a different product? No. If you need another product, please send your item back for a refund then make a new order for the new product
Can I exchange an item in person? No. All returns must be sent back to Verossa Clothing, PO Box 166, Frodsham, WA6 1DJ. Please send your item back via tracked postage. We can not offer a refund or exchange for returns that go missing in the post
I have lost the returns form. If you have lost the returns form please pop a note inside your return with your name, order number & reason for return
I have missed the returns date, can I still return my item? No. Unfortunately we run a strict returns policy. If we don’t receive your return within 28 days of original order date you will not be refunded. The return will be sent back out to you via standard delivery
When will I receive my refund? We aim to process the refund within 3-5 working days of receiving the return. It may take 3-5 working days to appear on your bank statement
I have received a faulty item. Please check over your item as soon as you receive it. If there is any faults please fill in the returns form and send it back to us. We will inspect the item and if you are eligible for a replacement we will send it out within 48 hours.
My item is faulty but I have worn it. We would need to inspect the item before we replace it. If we think the customer has damaged the item it will not be replaced
I need to return an item but I have took the tags off it. Returns will only be refunded with the swing tags still attached. Removing the swing tags will void all refunds. Please read our Returns Policy for full details
What service is standard UK delivery? Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked & Signed For
How much is UK delivery? Standard UK delivery is £5.95
How much is delivery outside of UK? Prices vary. Please select your location at checkout and it will give you the price for your address
Do you offer next day delivery? Yes. We offer next day delivery. UK ONLY. The cost is £10.00
Do you offer next day delivery outside of UK? No
Who do you ship with? We ship all our items with Royal Mail
How long does UK shipping take? Standard UK delivery time is 3-5 working days. Some items may be delayed due to the current Covid situation
How long does shipping take outside of the UK? Usually around 7-10 working days. Some items may be delayed due to the current Covid situation. If you haven’t received your item after 14 working days please contact us for the tracking number
Will I have to pay customs / taxes if I am outside of the UK? Some orders may incur customs charges. It depends on the order value. Usually you do not have to pay if the order is under £100, but you are best checking with your local Post Office
What happens after I place my order? You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Then once we have shipped your order you will receive another email saying your order is completed & shipped
Will I receive a tracking number for my order? No you won’t receive a tracking number. But if your order doesn’t arrive in the specified time please contact us and we can provide it for you
I have made an order but haven’t received a confirmation email. Please check your junk / spam mailbox
